Mongolia Women's Conference

About two years ago, on my first trip to Mongolia, I sensed a need to bring mature, godly women to Mongolia and minister to the Mongolian women. I made a promise to bring a powerful team and God is making that happen. In April 2007 we arrive to have a four day conference in Darkhan.

Putting this conference together is a lot like my trips to Siberia. We needed to see God move and He had no problem with that. He moved. We followed.
The same thing is happening as we put this Women's Conference together. Virtually every day God does something even better than the day before. We can't just sit back and watch, but it's almost like you don't want to "touch" anything for fear you'll mess it up.
The latest thing is that my friend Tom Terry, managing director of Eagle TV in Ulan Batar, is going to do thirty days of free advertising for the conference and then is sending a three-camera crew to film it and later televise it to their entire viewing audience! Eagle TV is the largest television station in Mongolia and is the only one in Asia that I know of that is broadcasting Christian content. And all of this is free!
Your help would be GREATLY appreciated. We need your prayers and financial support to make this a success. We're renting the largest theatre in Darkhan and expect well over 700 women to attend. Conference topics will deal with abuse, post-abortion trauma, rape counseling, and everything to do with pregnancy and women's health that we can cover. After the conference we will be going to apartments and homes and minister personally to the women.
As you can imagine, the cost for a conference like this are significant, even with all the speakers and support team paying their own way. No one is compensated for any expenses. All funds raised go to helping the women of Mongolia.
We're hoping to take vitamins, medical supplies, baby clothes, hospital gowns and anything else these women need that we can get on the plane. Later, we're sending a container full of things to help them. Please consider how much you can give and then make your donation below. Thank you!
