Getting Ready for Mongolia III

It's early Tuesday evening, just a few days before I begin my next journey to Mongolia. This time is a little different, and I'm looking forward to what God has in store.

I'm meeting a new friend in UB (Ulaanbaator). His name is Corey and he represents that part of the world for our denomination. Corey, bless God above, is a Kingdom guy. For those who care about such things it makes my job, and his, a whole lot easier here.

We'll be staying with a friend I met on my second trip. We plan on being in UB for about a week when another good friend, a local pastor staying in Singapore, will be flying in and we'll have some time to fellowship. Then it's off to Darkhan to stay with a wonderful pastoring couple. Their church is growing like crazy and they have all the normal things that go with that. I have some gifts with me that will, hopefully, lighten their load a bit.

In both UB and Darkhan I've been given permission to spend most of my time with the leadership. I've felt for a few months now that God wanted to bless them in a specific way and I can't wait to see God do what only God can do.

Let me take a moment to thank all of you who have donated funds, not only for my expenses, but especially for the gifts that will be so meaningful to the Mongolians who receive them. My heart's desire is that you could all go with me and receive the thanks and hugs yourselves. I'm humbled to accept them on your behalf.

Stay tuned...
