Day Four: Friday, April 20, 2007

Last night was great!

At the beginning of the night we greated everyone coming in in Monglian, and again as they left.  We were later told how blessed the women were to have us shake their hands and give them a hug.

The ladies here are incredible.  There were a lot of healings last night.  Rodney prayed with a lady who had a compress on her mouth to help the swelling.  As he prayed he said he felt the swelling go down.  The lady was totally healed; she raised her hands in praise to God.  A baby was prayed for that had a fever and was healed also.  The mother was so excited about it that she showed all of us her baby at the end.  People throughout the theater were getting healed.  We are hoping for many testimonies tonight.

God is so awesome, despite the things going on here He is touching the Mongolian women.  Kathy and I had the opportunity to go to the black market with two of the sweetest girls as our interpeters.  They were talking about last night and loved it.  One of the translators said the message was just what the Mongolians needed to hear.

God has been doing amazing things in all of our lives.  I am becoming more aware of how powerful and capable God is.  It doesn't matter what things look like, God's plan will prevail.  I love this team.  Sue has been great.  She is an example of how even when you are being hit hard you can put that aside and let God be God!  I am encouraged.  Be praying for this last conference session tonight.  I know God wants to do a new thing!
