Day Three: Thursday, April 19, 2007

Hello,

I just wanted to give you a little update on the conference.  Today was the first day of the conference and we had a great outcome!  Over 600 women came and were blessed.  Sue Davidson gave an altar call for salvation and about 60 women raised their hands and prayed to receive Jesus into their hearts!

The Eagle TV crew was satisfied with the backdrop we made.  They were very easy to work with.

The highlight of the evening for me, other than seeing women come to the Lord, was after I got down from the stage and a lady called me over and asked if she could speak with me.  She told me she was two months pregnant (I spoke on abortion) and was considering abortion.  Her husband and sister begged her not to have one but she was very hardened.  As she listened to me speak she knew in her heart that it would be wrong to kill her child.  She changed her mind and decided to have the baby!  She thanked me for speaking and saving her baby.  He is awesome!

Another awesome thing happened as well.  As I was speaking, a woman told Katya that she had had eight abortions but that she felt that she was being healed that night!  God is good!

I'm really looking forward to what God will do the next two nights.

My soup is getting cold so I'd better get going.

Has anyone heard from Barbara Jacobs??? If they have, let her know that her husband would like to know how things are going.

I know that when I leave on a trip away from home, I have to call everyday or else.
